Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University, a premier educational institution dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, recently held its convocation ceremony on April 21st, 2023, to celebrate the achievements of its graduating class. Graduates from various disciplines, including Engineering, Management, Design, Agriculture, Science, Nursing, and Physiotherapy, were recognised and awarded degrees during the ceremony. The convocation ceremony commenced with a procession of the graduating class, followed by an invocation and lighting of the lamp. Shri RishabhGayaprasad Jain, the University’s President, delivered the convocation address, congratulating the graduating students on their accomplishments and wishing them success in their future endeavours.
During the event, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister Shri Rushikeshbhai Patel inaugurated Ayush Bhavan within the campus, designed to provide comprehensive research, industrial exposure, and clinical practice opportunities to students, faculties, and doctors. The specialised courses offered at AyushBhavan will focus on Ayurvedic and Homeopathic fields, providing a holistic approach to learning through industrial exposure and clinical practice. Additionally, students will gain hands-on experience in preparing over 60+ ayurvedic medicines and 28+ FDCA-approved medicines.

The top 8 students were felicitated with gold medals for their academic achievements in Medical Science, Technology, Business Administration, Urban Planning & Agriculture. Three outstanding startup innovations were also recognised with Gold medals – Raj Mehta for his exceptional work on ‘Greta Electric Scooters’, Adarsh Patel for ‘Morning Plus Beverages’, and Yash Patel for his remarkable creation, ‘Moment of Life’. Overall, the convocation day ceremony was a memorable event highlighting the University’s commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence in education. The graduating students are expected to make a positive impact in their respective fields and contribute to the growth and development of the country. The attendees also had the opportunity to visit the Swarrnim Incubation Centre and Startup Exhibition.
