With the start of 2025, the Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) Ahmedabad Chapter welcomes its new Chairperson, Neha Goyal, a passionate leader, creative entrepreneur, and dedicated change-maker. With her belief in hard work, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose, Neha embarks on this journey with a singular goal — to create lasting impact and bring real empowerment to women and communities.
Neha Goyal, a successful jewellery designer and entrepreneur, describes herself as a problem solver who believes in growing together — without competition or comparison. Her mantra is simple: be better than you were yesterday. Her approach to leadership reflects the same ethos — collaborative, values-driven, and deeply committed to personal and collective growth.
“I took this role to be able to give back to society and to also fulfill my dream of empowering women,” says Neha. “When I started planning the year, I immediately connected to the idea of rural empowerment. It felt personal. It felt purposeful.”
Neha’s journey has already been transformational. “This role has shown me that our true potential is much bigger than we think. My message is: work hard, and everything will fall into place. If it’s not working out, it wasn’t meant for you.”
Under Neha’s leadership, the theme of YFLO Ahmedabad this year is RO-I: Rural Outreach, Impact, and Integration — inspired by the Circle of Life. The idea is simple yet powerful: create meaningful outcomes that have long-term value. “Investing in your own growth is the most powerful return on investment. That philosophy helped me design this year around a growth mindset,” she shares.
From the very first month, YFLO will focus on providing skills that create instant value. Through skilling workshops in rural communities, the goal is to help women become financially independent from the very beginning. These sessions are curated to meet local needs, empower women to earn from the first month, and strengthen their confidence.
This year’s calendar blends inspiration, self-development, and community connection. Each event is thoughtfully designed to contribute to one of the key aspects of life — mind, body, soul, growth, business, finance, family, love, relationships, and personal evolution.
Some of the upcoming highlights include: A laughter-filled opening session to bring joy and unity, Personal development workshops focused on physical confidence, wellness, and presence, Book club circles to create deeper connections, Sessions to connect members on a more personal, informal level, Skilling and training workshops for rural women that go beyond charity and deliver tangible economic impact
YFLO Ahmedabad will also be working with reputed institutions to drive excellence — from business schools to leadership platforms — ensuring that the year is intellectually enriching and socially impactful.
The chapter is also initiating environment-focused impact projects in association with NGOs and foundations. These projects aim to recharge natural resources and enable long-term sustainability in underdeveloped regions — all while involving members in meaningful, hands-on contributions.
“This year, YFLO will be more visible than ever,” Neha states. “Not just in numbers, but in the lives we touch. In the smiles we create. And in the confidence we build.”
As Neha takes the reins, her vision is clear: build a circle of empowered women who believe in giving, growing, and glowing — together.
