Ahmedabad, November 8, 2025: To commemorate the Centenary Year of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Bharatiya Vichar Manch in collaboration with Bharat Shodh Sansthan is organizing a grand Lecture Series, Exhibition, and Multimedia Show on the theme “RSS: A Century of Leadership – Direction and Role.” This information was shared by Shri Ishan Joshi, General Secretary of Bharatiya Vichar Manch.
The event will be held from 11th to 14th November 2025 at the Gujarat University Convention and Exhibition Centre, Memnagar, Amdavad.
The inauguration ceremony of the Exhibition and Multimedia Show will take place on 11th November 2025 at 5:30 PM, in the august presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel. The occasion will also be graced by senior RSS thinkers, representatives of Pragna Pravah and Bharatiya Vichar Manch, along with eminent personalities from academic, cultural, and social spheres.
Highlights of the Lecture Series: The Lecture Series will feature deliberations by eminent national thinkers and senior RSS leaders including Dr. Krishna Gopal, Shri C. R. Mukund, Shri Atul Limaye, and Shri Alok Kumar. They will trace the philosophical direction and leadership role of RSS through different eras — from its founder Dr. K. B. Hedgewar to the present Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohanrao Bhagwat.
These lectures aim to offer scholars, researchers, and intellectuals a deep understanding of the RSS’s journey, its leadership vision, and its contribution to national life.
The event will witness participation from distinguished personalities across Gujarat — including industrialists, media professionals, academicians, chartered accountants, lawyers, doctors, public representatives, and leaders from social, cultural, religious, and political fields.
Being a landmark event in the RSS Centenary celebrations, office-bearers from Prant, Kshetra, and Akhil Bharatiya levels of RSS will also remain present.
Exhibition and Multimedia Show: The “RSS: A Century of Leadership” Exhibition will showcase rare documents, photographs, archives, and visual narratives reflecting the Sangh’s rich legacy. The display will highlight RSS’s contribution to the freedom movement, its deep association with national icons such as Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, and Kanhaiyalal Munshi, and its multifaceted service initiatives across the nation.
Through an immersive Multimedia Show, visitors will experience a visual-aural journey of the RSS — from its founding years to its current global influence — depicting its inspirational milestones, nation-building efforts, and positive global impact.
Special Announcement: Adding to the historic significance of this occasion, the India Government Mint, Mumbai, will set up a special sales counter for the commemorative coin “100 Years of RSS.”
