Ahmedabad, 28 January, 2026: Gujarat’s real estate sector is set to showcase its next phase of urban growth and development as NAREDCO Gujarat leads the state’s participation at the National Urban and Real Estate Development Conclave 2026. The participation will reflect Gujarat’s progressive urban development vision, infrastructure-led growth, and evolving real estate ecosystem at a national platform.

Scheduled to be held on 13–14 February 2026 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, the conclave will provide an important platform for states to share their development journeys and future roadmaps. Key discussions at the conclave will focus on transit-oriented development (TOD), rental housing, sustainable and structured redevelopment, regulatory reforms under RERA, alignment with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and the Consumer Protection Act, institutional investments, digitisation of property transactions, proptech adoption and affordable housing solutions. The agenda is aligned with the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, highlighting the role of real estate as a catalyst for inclusive economic growth, modern infrastructure and resilient urban ecosystems.
