New Delhi: Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to leadership excellence, innovation, social transformation, and nation-building, the Global Excellence Forum (GEF) successfully organised the National Leadership Conclave & Bharat Samman 2026 under the visionary leadership of Co-Founder & Chairman Dr. Naeem Tirmizi (businessman from Ahmedabad) and Founder Mr. Jitendrakumar at the iconic The Leela Ambience & Convention Hotel, New Delhi.
The prestigious national conclave commenced with the National Anthem followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Hon’ble Shri Alo Libang, MLA from Arunachal Pradesh and Advisor to the Hon’ble Chief Minister; Shri Alok Ranjan, IAS (Retd.), Former Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Dr. Naeem Tirmizi; Mr. Jitendrakumar; Ms. K. Shruti; and other distinguished dignitaries.
The day-long conclave brought together an exceptional gathering of eminent entrepreneurs, industrialists, doctors, engineers, chartered accountants, IAS and IPS officers, policymakers, political leaders, academicians, diplomats, social reformers, and thought leaders from across India and several countries, creating a vibrant platform for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and visionary leadership.
The conclave featured insightful keynote addresses, panel discussions, and interactive sessions on contemporary national and global issues, including Leadership Excellence, the Roadmap towards Viksit Bharat, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Emerging Technologies, Sustainable Development, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Social Development, and Nation Building. The discussions inspired participants with practical insights and forward-looking perspectives for shaping a progressive and inclusive future.
The programme was graced by Hon’ble Shri Ramdas Athawale, Union Minister of State, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, as the Chief Guest.
The distinguished Guests of Honour included Hon’ble Thakur Raghuraj Singh, Minister of State, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Hon’ble Shri Rabindra Narayan Behera, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Odisha; Padma Shri Anup Jalota, internationally acclaimed Ghazal and Bhajan maestro; renowned Ghazal singer Kumar Satyam; and Nishtha Sharma, acclaimed playback singer and finalist of The Voice of India and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Their inspiring presence and memorable performances added remarkable prestige and cultural richness to the occasion.
The event also witnessed the participation of diplomats representing Suriname, Somalia, Ethiopia, Germany, and Uzbekistan, along with a representative from UNESCO, reflecting the growing international recognition of the Global Excellence Forum. The distinguished international delegates congratulated Dr. Naeem Tirmizi, Mr. Jitendrakumar, and the entire organising team for successfully presenting an event of exceptional quality and international standards.
One of the highlights of the conclave was the presentation of the prestigious Bharat Samman 2026, where more than 70 distinguished personalities from diverse sectors were honoured in recognition of their outstanding contributions to society, public service, education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, arts, culture, governance, and nation-building. Among the eminent awardees were Padma Shri Anup Jalota, Kumar Satyam, Nishtha Sharma, and several other accomplished personalities whose achievements continue to inspire society.
