Ahmedabad: The grand muhurat ceremony for the upcoming Gujarati comedy film Rafuchakkar, produced under the banner of Ketudada Entertainment, concluded today at Hotel Silver Cloud in Ahmedabad amidst traditional rituals and high spirits. The film’s star cast, technical crew, and several prominent dignitaries from Gujarati cinema attended the event to extend their best wishes for this new journey.
Produced by Ketan Thakkar, the film is written and directed by Rakesh Shah, with Ravi Solanki serving as co-producer. Packed with clean humor and family entertainment, the film aims to deliver nonstop laughter in theaters. Following the ceremonial prayers, the producer and director shared their excitement, stating that the project is crafted to appeal to audiences across all demographics.
The cast features prominent actors including Rishi Jani, Pooja Doshi, Hemang Shah, Archan Trivedi, Manin Trivedi, Nimita Vaghasiya, Gaurang JD, Hetal Barot, Naresh Prajapati, Kinnar Barot, and Shrey Maradia in pivotal roles. With the muhurat successfully concluded, the first shooting schedule is set to begin on September 16 in the rural outskirts of Gandhinagar.
