Earlier it was said that Gujarati films only work if they are comedies, but now with time the audience’s taste has also changed and especially after the advent of OTT, the audience is now demanding a change in Gujarati films as well, on the other hand, filmmakers and directors are also ready to entertain with new topics.
Recently, the dhooting of Gujarati film “Chup” with such mystery and suspense has been started in Ahmedabad. It is being produced by D B Picturez and directed by Nishithkumar Brahmabhatt, who has previously given successful films like 3 Doba, Char Phera Nu Chakdol and Kahi De Ne Prem Che. Superstar Hiten Kumar will be seen in an important role in the film along with Morli Patel, Akash Pandya, Heena Varde, Hemang Dave, Vikki Shah, Pooja Doshi, Dhwani Rajput and Hemin Trivedi. The DOP in the film is in the hands of Bibhoo Das who has been associated with many Bollywood films. The entire shooting of the film will be done at different locations in Ahmedabad.
