October2021 – ŠKODA AUTO India announced a 131% increase in its September 2021 sales, compared to the same period last year. The company sold 3,027 cars in September2021, compared to 1,312 cars sold in September 2020. While KUSHAQ has fueled the growth for the brand in India, SUPERB, OCTAVIA and RAPID have also contributedto the increase in sales volumes.

With the roll out of the ‘India 2.0’ strategy, which began with the launch of KUSHAQ, there has been a key focus on rapidly increasing the network presence pan India. The brand is now present in more than 100 cities andhas recently opened new dealerships in key cities across India.
