ACCENDO is an annual theme based program organised by final year students of advertising and public relations and Digital media students of mass communication and journalism. It is platform to experience the field culture of media industry in student life. The program brings in the different professionals from fields as speakers. ACCENDO was this year in it’s 5th edition. It started in 2016.It was last conducted in 2019 but then we were surrounded by the pandemic.
This year the chief guest of the program Dr. Paresh Kariya,Deep Trivedi,Nehal Bakshi, Mayank Rawal and Dr Parth Vaishnav who are experienced people in their respective fields.
Program was commenced with sharaswati vandana. Then Trustee of NIMCJ shri pradip jain,Director shirish kashikar sir and Dr. Shashikant bhagat sir delivered their respective speech.
At first, Dr. Paresh Kariya, who has more than 40 years of experience provided students with first-hand knowledge on Crisis management & how to build communication infrastructure for managing crises. He also speaked about various kind of crisis incidents in details.

The third session was very interesting for all the movie buffs & creative writers as Mrs. Nehal Bakshi, a well-known former RJ, and a writer will interact about the role of coordination between multiple creative people.
For aspiring filmmakers and writers, it’s a chance to listen and learn from the ones who are part of the Industry.
Mrs. Nehal bhakshi is a writer associated with the Gujarati film industry with more than 10 years of radio experience. Her work includes Gujarati blockbusters like love ni bhavai(2017), sharato lagu(2018) and web series Do not disturb(2019).
Then came the twist in the event with Ar. Mayank Raval, a renowned Architect and Vastu Scientist who will interact with us about the role of Vastu in communication.
This session includes interaction, activities, and presentations about communication, Vastu & Verbal communication skills.
Ar. Mayank Rawal is renowned Architect and vastu scientist. He has good intuitive power which helps him to identify problems and remedies for this his clients. He knows more than 70 art styles of India, which helps him to create exclusive interior designes.
In the final hour of Accendo, Dr. Parth Vaishnav, a Psychiatrist, Public Speaking & Deaddiction expert.
