A new art gallery “Bespoke Art Gallery” has been inaugurated at Ambli in Ahmedabad with an aim to set a global benchmark for best practices and supportive holistic programming to showcase local emerging talent alongside Indian and international artists. Bespoke Art is an idea, an effort, to enrich the rich heritage of “Art Culture through Sustained Efforts Targeted at Uncovering, Nurturing, and Promoting aspiring artists of various genre and media, and set the stage to take their work on a global landscape. Devin Gawarwala, Sameer Gawarwala, Anar Gawarwala of Bespoke Art Gallery, art curator Aura Seikula, Deepti Jambekar and artists Carlos Noronha Feo and Christian Saldert were present at the time of inauguration.
The painting of the artists Bobur Ismailov (Tashkent Uzbekistan), Bakhodir Jalal (Tashkent Uzbekistan), Carlos Noronha Feio (Oeiras Portugal), Christian Saldert (Helsinki Finland), Gillie & Marc (New York US & Sydney Australia), Jean Paul Kala (Brussels Belgium), Jesus Curia (Madrid Spain), Simon Max Bannister (Lyttelton New Zealand), Timo Vaittinen (Helsinki Finland), Timur D’Vatz (Tashkent Uzbekistan), Troles Carlsen (Copenhagen Denmark) were exhibited at “Anatomies of a dream”. Bespoke Art Gallery is located in the quiet, picturesque, green location of Ambli in the city of Ahmedabad. This gallery will help to fulfill the numerous needs of artists and art loving citizens. As many as 31 paintings and 26 sculptures were exhibited in the art gallery at the time of unveiling. The prices of the paintings displayed in the art gallery start from 1 lakh to 30 lakhs.
Talking about the art gallery Devin Sameer Gawarwala, Director, Bespoke Art Gallery said, “‘Bespoke Art Gallery ’ is an idea, an effort, to enrich the rich heritage of ‘Art Culture’. We aim to create value by representing a wide range of global and Indian artists through round-the-year curation of programs across multiple channels including our own art gallery in Ahmedabad, online channels, as well as, maintaining a presence in multiple cities/countries through art fairs and exhibitions. The 20,000 sqft gallery is equipped with state of art architecture, amphitheatre & modern amenities and will provide artists a direct access with India’s business and art ecosystems. With the inauguration of the gallery we are launching our first exhibition ‘Anatomies of a dream’ which represents 11 international artists from 8 different countries.”
