The first pop-up kicks off on November 8 in Bengaluru, followed by events in Jaipur, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Dates for Ahmedabad- December 20, 21, 22 – Renaissance, Ahmedabad.

The specially curated menu for this multi city tour will feature vegetarian delights such as tofu medu vadai, madras gunpowder, sambar cream; arbi galawat, crispy sevai, barberry chutney; ker sangar paneer, rajasthani papad kadhi; bharwan mirch, goat cheese mousse to name a few. Non-vegetarian lovers can indulge in dishes such as kanyakumari crab, telicherry pepper; duck shaami, crispy sevai, barberry chutney; meetha achaar pork ribs, sundried mango, sour apple and more. Desserts include daulat ki chaat, rose petal chikki, roasted almonds, doda burfi treacle tart, vanilla bean ice cream.
