Everyone had an opinion about how I looked but their words only made me to believe in myself more fiercely. Just like Bhavya, I’ve had moments where I was underestimated, but I’ve also been lucky to have parents who stood by me, reminding me that my dreams matter more than anyone’s narrow standards. Bhavya isn’t just a character to me – she represents every person who’s ever been told they’re ‘not enough’ because of how they look. Through her, I’m even more inspired to take up space unapologetically, to be kinder to myself, and to celebrate what I bring to the table beyond appearances. In the current storyline, Bhavya is forced to work alongside Rishank at the gym, where his hostility is relentless.
