Ahmedabad: The moment one hears the name of Navratri tunes and Garba, the hearts of Gujaratis start beating faster. This year Navratri is going to become more colorful, more grand and even more unique. The well-known city organizer Maa EventManagement and Hari Om Consultancyare going to host a grand celebration near Vakil Bridge Swaminarayan Temple, S.P. Ring Road, Bopal, Ahmedabad from 22nd September to 1st October, i.e. during 10 days of Navratri.Jaydeep Singh Gohil, founder of Maa Event Management and Krushit Barot of Hari Om Consultancy were present at the announcement of Maa Navratri 2025.
The fun of Garba becomes double when a superstar singer creates the magic of singing on stage. Gujarat’s popular singer Jignesh Kaviraj will enchant with the rhythm of Garba on all 10 days of Navratri and will give the players (garba enthusiasts) a unique energy. Like last year, this year too, Jignesh Kaviraj’s performance will be a special attraction for the people of Ahmedabad.
Founder of Maa EventManagment, Jaydeepsinh Gohil said, “Last year, the people of Ahmedabad gave unprecedented love to ‘Maa Event’. This year, with an even grander arrangement, a new experience will be created for the players. This time, it is expected that more than 1,50,000 people will join. Safety and convenience of the players will be given first priority. The Garba ground has a vast space, where the players will enjoy Garba freely. Along with that, there will also be about 15 food stalls.”
He further added, “Our main aim is that while preserving the beauty of traditional Garba, by experimenting with new music, players should be given a memorable experience. Navratri is such a moment when people come together, immerse themselves in devotion and joy. Famous singer Jignesh Kaviraj also expressed his feelings, saying, “The players are a source of energy for me. In Ahmedabad city, people from different areas and different cities come together to play Garba, which gives a unique message of unity and joy. The unprecedented love and enthusiasm I received last year, this year I wish to return it with double entertainment. Through Maa Navratri 2025, I am eager to enchant the players with the rhythm of Garba.”
