In the ePaD(++) program, Unnati conducts a Besna Session — a soul-stirring session that has the power to transform participants of ePaD(++). How does the session help? It gives a wake-up call for the soul. Held in the stillness of Suryam Repose, this wasn’t just a session. It was a spiritual mirror — where silence spoke, time paused, and truth surfaced.
The session, held at dawn and facilitated by Shyam Taneja, wasn’t just another workshop. It was a simulated farewell to self — where each participant was asked to confront a question most spend their lives avoiding: What if today was your last day? The Participants of the events were Mr. Vaibhav Gaikwad, Mr. Yagnesh Gandhi, Mr. Swen Gandhi, Mr. Dhruv Soni, Mr. Bhavik Soni, Mr. Chirag Soni, Mr. Rutvik Patel, Mr. Rachit Pauranik, Mr. Jinit Shah, Mr. Preet Sanghvi, Mr. Naitik Shah, Mr. Parth Desai, Mrs. Yama Kotecha, and Mr. Bharat Bhudiyaa.
As part of the ritual, every participant walked in wearing white, carrying a framed photograph of themselves, and sat quietly in their own symbolic “besna” — a space traditionally reserved to mourn the dead. Except this time, they were mourning parts of themselves they had neglected, suppressed, or left unlived.
This extraordinary experience is part of the larger ePaD journey — a bold, immersive program that empowers entrepreneurs to become independent thinkers, emotionally awake decision-makers, and spiritually grounded individuals.
Through emotionally immersive exercises such as writing their own farewell note, burning limiting fears, purpose-mapping, and clarity journaling, participants were guided back to themselves — not through lectures or advice, but through silence, stillness, and truth.
What made this experience unforgettable was not just the format — but the realizations it unlocked: Am I living the life I want? Have I given enough to my family? What have I left undone, unsaid, unlived? And… if not now, then when?
Many left in tears. But they also left lighter, braver, and permanently changed. “We don’t hand over solutions,” says Shyam Taneja. “We guide people to the truth already living inside them.”
This session, though emotional, was not about death. It was about rebirth — the kind that only comes when one dares to pause, reflect, and wake up from within. And that is what makes ePaD magical — a space where every individual becomes their own compass, their own guide, and their own turning point.
