At Shri Radhe Farm, located on Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Highway, from 22nd September to 1st October, a grand 10-day festival of “Maa No Garbo 2025” will be organized. This year the program is being organized on a larger scale where every day more than 7,000 players will swing to the rhythm of traditional Garba, and in total more than 75,000 people will benefit from this festival. In view of this, the Pre-Navratri was organized, in which, as chief guests, PayalbenKukrani (MLA), Ritaben Patel, Babulal Jamanadas Patel, and SonalibenYurenbhai were present and the organizers of “Maa No Garbo” – Maharshi Gopalbhai Patel, GopalbhaiArvindbhai Patel, Deep Kanubhai Patel, and Vishva Yogeshbhai Patel welcomed them.
The specialty of this Garba is that here special Mandali Garba has been organized. With 10 artists for 10 days, the echoes of traditional Garba mean that special Mandali Garba has been organized. This experience is especially unique for youth and college students because it is a “One Step Garbo,” which is simple and gives the opportunity to enjoy continuously throughout the night.
This year at the Garba venue, for the first time a flea market will also be organized, which is named “Shankdi Sheri,” in which by household and small entrepreneurs imitation jewelry, handcrafted accessories, ethnic wear, chaniya choli, home décor, and small-big festival products will be available. This platform will encourage local entrepreneurs and will give visitors a new experience of shopping.
Keeping in mind the security of the program, CCTV surveillance and high security arrangements have been made. Along with that, famous artists such as Ashita and Amip Prajapati, Himali Vyas Nayak, Khushbu Asodiya, Kamlesh Barot, Arif Mir, Tarika Joshi, Sonu Charan, Mihir Jani, Arvind Vegda, etc., on the rhythm of these singers the players will swing. A special thing is that the decoration of “Maa No Garbo” is in a village style from which a glimpse of our culture can be seen. In the decoration, 51 Shakti Peeths have been decorated.
For the players coming to play Garba, sufficient parking facilities, food court, and a special team for medical emergency have also been arranged. Along with this, for the people coming with family, a special family zone has been kept so that they can comfortably enjoy the festival.
