Ahmedabad: Bharat Petroleum has launched a new and modern product, ‘Bharatgas Light Zip’ (a 10 kg composite gas cylinder), for the convenience of its customers. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sanjay Anand, State Head of Bharatgas LPG Gujarat, stated that this new cylinder has been designed keeping in mind the needs and convenience of customers. The statewide launch of Bharatgas Light Zip took place at Shri Pramukh Gas Agency located in CTM, in the presence of Bharatgas distributors. The event was attended by the State Coordinator of Bharatgas, the Ahmedabad Territory Manager, the Area Manager, and other staff members.
The biggest highlight of this new cylinder is that customers can get an instant new connection without requiring extensive documentation—a connection can be obtained by submitting just one ID proof. The company has committed to providing home delivery within 4 hours, which customers can easily order through the mobile app. Dedicated vehicles have been arranged by the company to ensure rapid delivery.
Regarding weight, since this new cylinder is made of composite material, it is 50% lighter than standard iron cylinders. Being lightweight, it is very easy to lift and carry anywhere. Additionally, unlike iron cylinders, there is no issue of rusting due to water accumulation at the bottom. This cylinder comes equipped with a gas level indicator, allowing customers to see how much gas has been used and how much remains. This product is exceptional in terms of both safety and convenience.
Mr. Sanjay Anand, State Head of Bharat LPG Gujarat, further mentioned that since this falls under the Free Trade category, there is no annual limit on refilling cylinders, unlike standard 14 kg cylinders.
