Ahmedabad, September 26, 2025: The Ahmedabad Textile Industries Research Association (ATIRA) came alive with colour, music and tradition as it successfully hosted the ATIRA Garba Night 2025 on September 25 at its campus. The evening was a grand cultural celebration, bringing together employees, families and distinguished guests to mark the festive spirit of Navratri.
The event commenced with an auspicious aarti, performed by Dr. Nitin Sumant Shah, Chairman of the Heart Research Foundation, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Leading the evening with his vision and encouragement was ATIRA Director, Mr. Pragnesh Shah.
Adding to the festive fervour were captivating Garba performances choreographed and led by Dr. Mitali Nag and her team, whose energy and artistry kept the audience spellbound. The performances were judged by eminent personalities – C.A. Anjali Chokshi and noted academician and speaker Dr. Falguni Vasavda. Both commended the participants for their talent, enthusiasm and dedication in upholding Gujarat’s cultural heritage.
The evening witnessed overwhelming participation, with employees and families dancing to traditional Garba tunes in high spirits. The celebration not only showcased the cultural vibrancy of Gujarat but also fostered a strong sense of community among all present.
