Ahmedabad: For the first time in the history of Gujarati cinema, a heart-touching film based on the theme of Jeevdaya (compassion for all living beings), ‘JEEV’, has begun its promotional journey in a spiritual and sacred atmosphere. The film’s cast and crew sought the special blessings of the revered Jain Acharya and Rashtrasant Shri Namramuni Maharaj Saheb at Parasdham, Junagadh. Notably, the team also visited Bhavnath Mahadev Temple at Girnar and took the blessings of Lord Mahadev.
On this auspicious occasion, the film’s lead actors Dharmendra Gohil and Sunny Pancholi, along with producer Vicky Mehta and the entire team, were present. They received blessings from Rashtrasant Namramuni Maharaj Saheb and officially commenced the film’s promotional campaign.

The story of ‘JEEV’ is inspired by a true incident and revolves around the inspiring life and selfless service of Veljibhai Mehta, who dedicated his life to the cause of Jeevdaya. The film’s core message is to ignite feelings of kindness and compassion towards all animals and birds in the hearts of people across every section of society.
This inspiring and emotional film is set to release in theatres across Gujarat and other states on November 21. The team shared that beginning the promotions with the blessings of Rashtrasant Namramuni Maharaj Saheb is a matter of great pride for them, and they hope the film succeeds in bringing about a positive change in society.
