Corporate Leadership
Mr Saurabh Sancheti :-
“This award is a great honour and an important milestone in my journey. I am deeply thankful to IIMA for shaping me, reliance senior leadership team for mentoring me personally and my family for encouraging me. I strive to accomplish more and make all of them proud.”
Mr Anant Daga :-
”This award is truly special. Nothing is more heartening than being recognized by your alma mater. I have been most fortunate to be a part of IIMA’s excellent ecosystem and amazing peer group. The two years I spent at IIMA gave me many unforgettable moments and priceless memories that were like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I got the opportunity to interact with some of the sharpest minds and people with immense grit here that really inspired me to push my limits and rediscover myself. In a nutshell, it has been a life-changing experience that has left an indelible impact and shaped me into who I am today.”
Entrepreneurship
Mr Sandeep Kumar Gupta :-
IIMA will always retain a special place in my heart as it taught me the value of believing in my dreams and taking risks. The IIMA degree was always the insurance that allowed me to take those risks in the first place. It helped build a solid foundation and a network that helped me in my journey.
The award is a special milestone in a long journey, which has just started. The award is special as it is from my alma mater. Also, hopefully the award can motivate other folks to pursue their dreams too.
Social / Public Service
MrKaushlendra :-
I dedicate this award to my beloved father who we lost this year in June and to my mother who has been battling cancer for last 14 years. I hope they are happy and proud.
Pursuing a social entrepreneurship requires a wider set of skills and competencies. When I came to IIMA I knew a few things. I knew broadly what and why I wanted to do, what I am doing today. IIMA taught me the HOW? Skills learnt and values imbibed at IIMA often helped me in taking critical decisions in every sphere of my life -be it work or personal. IIMA instils confidence, gives the belief that if you are true (putting hard labour with honesty and integrity) to your path with right values, ethos and apply the skills learnt, you can live your dreams.
Getting appreciated and recognised by my alma mater is like a dream come true. This award means a lot to me and the community I work with; this in a way is a recognition and honour to the community of small and marginal farmers and underprivileged section of our society. It is a validation of the collective action of the community. I hope this shall inspire many to travel on this path.
Mr Dhaval Jain :-
IIM-A, through its case-study based pedagogy, surprise quizzes and focus on all-round personality development, has played a crucial role in preparing me for the unstructured high-stakes problem-solving environment that an IAS officer operates in.
This award means a lot as it will inspire many others like me to leave huge salary packages and devote oneself to public service.
