You can lose weight and stay fit by including enough of a variety of legumes and grains, fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads to meet your daily requirements of protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and fiber.
Rising stress levels, mood swings also affect your mental health, which ultimately harms your physical health. Hence, some basic things suggested here should be followed by everyone. For example, get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day, meditate, walk, run or exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Stay away from any gadgets for 1 hour before sleeping and after waking up, balance professional and personal life and devote only 30 minutes a day to your favorite hobby reading, listening to music or others.
