Feline Club of India successfully organized the biggest cat show of Ahmedabad. This was the first cat show of its kind to be held in Ahmedabad. The Show had participation of around 200 cats where some cats had come from adjoining states like Maharashtra, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh, informed Mr. Saquib Pathan.
Judges Mr.Michael Woods (Australia) and Mr. Saquib Pathan judged the cats based on their anatomy, health, hygiene, grooming and temperament. The winners for the show were Pooja Chokshi with Lallan the Persian cat winner in Ring 1 (42nd Championship Cat show) and Ring 2 Mr. Shadab Jamadar from Belgaum, with Sherkhan the Bengal cat (43rd Championship Cat Show).
The show received great response from the visitors, pet lovers of Ahmedabad. Visitors also got to interact with various pet brands both international and local. Happy Tails Clinic was the veterinary hospital partner for the event and did health checkup for the cats.
