The inauguration ceremony was graced by Shree Babubhai J. Patel, Dhara Sabhya Shree (MLA), Daskroi, Gujarat, as the Chief Guest, along with Dr. Dilip Gadhvi, MD (Obs & Gyn) Hon. and Jt. Secretary, IMA, as the Guest of Honour.
