On this 73rd Republic Day, while we salute our national heroes who envisioned a free India, Sneh Shilp Foundation, founded by Snehal Brahmbhatt, COO of Shilp Group, is paying a tribute to them by launching an initiative ‘Help on Wheels’ where the foundation aims to alleviate hunger by providing food to the needy and deserving.
In an interview, Snehal said, “Republic Day is the day our constitution came into existence. This is the day we remember what sacrifices our freedom fighters had done because they wanted to see a free India where everyone is safe, happy and satisfied.” She also added, “Today is the perfect day for our foundation to start an initiative like this and pay our tribute to the nation and the ones who laid their lives for our happiness.”
Sneh Shilp Foundation has been established with the sole purpose of investing in people and nurturing love. The foundation believes that it is the fundamental right of everyone to be happy. When asked about the initiative, Snehal Brahmbhatt said, “ ’Hunger on Wheels’ is a concept that we envisaged when we realised that there is enough food, but that food is not reaching the deserving ones. We have launched a food service on wheels which is a van that shall be collecting food from restaurants, religious places and corporate kitchens and the same shall be served to the people in and around the city to satisfy their hunger and make them feel satiated and happy.”
Under the guidance of Snehal Brahmbhatt and her son Manthan Brahmbhatt along with a generous support from Yash Brahmbhatt, Founder and CEO of Shilp Group, Sneh Shilp Foundation and its volunteers are set out to make a significant difference in the lives of the people and service to the ones in need.
